Baby Hair Gel
What can I do for my child's weird hair?
my son (white) have really curly black hair. It is really cute on top, but the reverse of the sheep all fuzzy. I've tried baby hair gel, hair gel wax, baby oil. I put conditioner in it when I bathe him. Any ideas on how to tame his hair? Thank you.
Both my girls have curly hair and I've tried lots of products. They are now 6 and 8, and I have found these products work best. L'Oreal Vive for curly hair shampoo and conditioner, (baby products do not work well on curly hair, not the shampoo / conditioner Combo), then after the bath I use Redken outshine it is around $ 16.00, but the last of the two of them a few months anyway, and their hair is long. Put it in towel dried hair, and it helps to provide much better and also it helps for a day or two (if you miss a wash, dont put it on dry hair) is not using the much and not putting it directly on the root zone or look greasy. I also use Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Moisture Mist to wet it slightly in the morning instead of water, it is less drying out and helps with frizz. Its around $ 8.00 and last a while too. They are cheapest at Wal-Mart hair salon. I am a SAHM and not so expensive because they last so long. I have also used products on my kids hair when they were little to check the mugs, ignore people freaking about the chemicals they are in the top percentage of their class, so it has not harmed them.
